§ 01 — what we have built

These are not deliverables and contain nothing privileged. They exist because the questions are hard to answer any other way — and because being able to answer them is the capability we sell.

- Acquisition behaviour
- Program cost growth against baseline, Nunn-McCurdy breach status, and why a nominal figure and a then-year figure tell different stories.

- FAA sighting records, AIS tracks, SBIR award pipelines, GAO and CRS reporting — the public corpora federal analysts already work from.

§ 03 — training
Curriculum written for mixed rooms.
Two courses are published in full and delivered live: AI for Decision Support in Defense Operations (three days, no programming prerequisite) and R for Data Science: Foundations of Analytics (five days, written for US and NATO personnel).
Both lead with judgement, risk and human–machine teaming rather than with syntax, because the hardest room to teach is the one holding both the officer making a procurement call and the analyst who will write the code.
§ 04 — background
Where the instincts come from.
Our founder spent a decade on federally funded research — doctoral work at Los Alamos, a postdoctoral post at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory on NASA's Fermi mission, then a Research Staff Member position at the Institute for Defense Analyses.
