The hardest room to teach AI to is a mixed one — an O-6 who needs to make a procurement call sitting next to an analyst who will write the code. Our curriculum is built for that room, which is why it leads with judgement and risk rather than with syntax.

Never written codeSome, rustyWrites code dailyCurricula usually solve this by splitting the room, which loses the reason the room was assembled: the director needs to know what the analyst can and cannot promise, and the analyst needs to hear what the director will actually be asked in a briefing. Keeping them together is the harder design and the one worth paying for. Cohort composition here is representative rather than a specific delivery.

How it is pitched

Conceptual understanding, risk awareness and human–machine teaming — deliberately ahead of tooling. A room that understands where a model's uncertainty comes from will make better calls with worse software than the reverse.
