Sector
Middle East & Gulf
A working regional practice rather than a business-development ambition — a multi-year client in Oman, a shortlisting for Jordan's national AI measurement programme, and delivered municipal analytics in Saudi Arabia.

Sharek Academy
A continuing collaboration in monitoring and evaluation, and in statistical modelling of student behaviour and progress for a schools programme. Also joint work on AI curriculum for the region.

Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship
Shortlisted for the national AI Penetration Measurement programme — a framework spanning economic, technological, education and R&D, societal, regulatory and sector-specific dimensions, with a consolidated database and a dashboard for the ministry. We were shortlisted; we are not claiming more than that.

Tabuk municipal analytics
An analytical study of a regional economy and its transformation options across economy, education, healthcare, energy, mobility, environment, public services and cybersecurity — published as an interactive application rather than a report nobody opens.

Public AI lectures
Public teaching on what AI is actually doing to industries and labour markets, delivered in the region and published openly.
Delivered
“We have had the pleasure of working with Analytica and their highly skilled team of data science professionals. Their AI and data science consulting services have been invaluable in helping us gain a better understanding of how to leverage these technologies to optimize our business operations.”
Bilingual by practice
Arabic is not an afterthought here.
We publish Arabic-first work to the same standard as everything else — a bilingual interactive on stellar evolution, a hub of Islamic-science visualisations, and a long-form Arabic reading that holds classical exegesis and physics side by side.
It matters commercially for an obvious reason: a ministry deliverable that only exists in English is half a deliverable.
What we are usually asked for
- National or sectoral AI readiness measurement, with a framework that survives audit
- Monitoring and evaluation programmes, and the analytics underneath them
- Centre-of-excellence design — standing up local capability rather than renting ours indefinitely
- Curriculum and training for government analysts, delivered in-region
