Analytica Data Science Solutions was founded in 2015 in Falls Church, Virginia. We build predictive and explainable AI for organisations where being wrong is expensive — grid failures, infrastructure risk, workforce attrition, clinical outcomes.
Most of what we are asked for is a model. Most of what actually gets used is a model plus the unglamorous work around it — reconciling records that share no identifier, making the output explainable enough to defend in front of someone senior, and deploying it where the person who has to act on it will actually see it.
We are deliberately small. That means we say no to work we cannot do well, and it means the person who scopes your engagement is the person who builds it.
It also means we have to prove ourselves differently. So we publish: 22 applications are live and open right now, 7 of them federal and defense intelligence tools built entirely from public records. You can judge the work without talking to us first.
The founder
Dr. Aous Abdo
Dr. Abdo is a physicist. He spent a decade in federally funded research — the Milagro observatory at Los Alamos, then NASA’s Fermi mission at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory — doing the one job that turns out to be the same job: pulling a faint, real signal out of overwhelming background, then defending it in front of people paid to find the hole in it.
